I had the pleasure of working with Raul for roughly a year. We hired Raul to be the Salesforce Tech Lead for a project to expand our Digital Registration process into Mexico. He quickly onboarded and learned the landscape of our Salesforce ecosystem and what we hoped to accomplish. While we started to outline our solution, Raul came up with a recommendation for an architectural decision. He brought up great points of user adoption, scalability, and future support needs. We pursued his recommendation and it's paid off dividends already. Raul was also able to build a great relationship with our business users, making them feel heard and valued. Additionally, he was able to perform discovery for integrating our current solution with tools the business utilizes. He provided our team with a great knowledge and documentation transition to set us up for success in the future. I highly enjoyed his attitude, ability to deliver, and create an understanding between our business and IT teams. I would recommend Raul for re-hire and would really enjoy working with him again.
